Time frame of elementary school principals

Abstracts: This bachelor's thesis concerns the technique intended to determine the distribution of individual activities during the day. This analytic technique is known as the "time frame". In this thesis, the technique is described not only theoretically, including the short overview about the alternative managers' techniques resulting with the better effectivity of elementary school principals' work. The thesis contains also a demonstration of practical research. Having the form of a special questionnaire, the time frames of a few elementary school principals are identified and processed, including the part of their personal time, i. e. not within the working hours. The proposed procedures should protect against the time thieves, as well as increase the effectivity of daily working habits of the elementary school principal. This thesis shows the interconnection of individual managers' techniques with time management field and brings inspiration to elementary school principals on how to use their time more effectively.
Time Management of Students at Faculty of Economics University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice

The purpose of this bachelor thesis, titled "Time management of Students at Faculty of Economics University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice", is to analyse Time management and to propose optimal use of their time. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on four generations of time management, planning time, advantages and disadvantages of using planning tools, methods and techniques, rules of arrangement in office, on the table and tools belong to office, using email effectively and procrastinations. The practical part of the thesis uses quantitative research, based on the data obtained from questionnaires with students. Every question and answer is evaluated in a graphic way and summarized.
Methods, tools and techniques of self-management and time management of kindergarten managers

The bachelor's thesis deals with methods of self-knowledge, tools and techniques of self- management and time management of managers in kindergartens. These are school principals, deputy principals and senior pedagogical staff. The work mentions concepts such as self- knowledge, self-evaluation and their meaning and methods. Describes the principles of self- knowledge and ways to be proactive. It focuses mainly on tools and techniques of self-management and time management, where it outlines the principles and procedures of planning that can be used to streamline work. The work is designed so that its knowledge can be used by managers of primary and secondary schools.
